VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Activities such as finding qualified and genuine suppliers / vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks and ensuring service delivery.
• COST MANAGEMENT: Following the continuous process or functions of planning, estimating, budget and controlling, to ensure profitable business.
• TIME MANAGEMENT: Prioritize the enquiries from Sales team, to ensure maximum business to win and thereby increase the business opportunity consistently and committing to quick response to RFQs of all types (Spot buy, Lead time buy & Bidding buy) from the sales team.
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT: Ensuring the ordered parts/materials / consignments are effectively and efficiently moved/shipped from the respective supplier to our warehouse within the time limit / commitment, to ensure shipment to customers as committed.
